You need to Adjust Region Settings for using YouTube, Netfilx apps or other apps don’t appear, change the Location settings:
Go to Settings > All Settings > General > Location.
Change the LG Board Cast Country to a country India
Change the LG Services Country to a country India
Restart the TV and re-check the LG Content Store.
After these steps, you should be able to access and enjoy YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming apps on your LG Smart TV in Nepal.
